Elizabeth also served two of her favorite desserts, "Friendly Minty" cookies and "Over the Moon Oatmeal" cookies.  She invited non-vegans to sample her cookies and it met with a great response!  More to come on her exciting new endeavors!  (See pictures under "Photos.")
